High-voltage capacitors often adopt oil-immersed structures for enhanced insulation, while low-voltage capacitors typically use dry-film dielectrics to ensure safety and stability.
  2. Switching Control Devices: High-voltage systems rely on vacuum circuit breakers or SF6 circuit breakers for safe switching, whereas low-voltage systems commonly employ contactors or thyristor switches, coordinated with power factor controllers to adjust compensation capacity in real time.
  3. Protection Equipment: Includes fuses, surge arresters, overcurrent/overvoltage relays, etc., to prevent capacitor damage from short circuits, overvoltage, or harmonic impacts.
  4. Auxiliary Components: Series reactors to suppress harmonic amplification, discharge resistors to quickly release residual charges after power-off, and voltage/current transformers to provide data support for monitoring and control.
 
Through rational configuration of these components, the power factor capacitor bank accurately offsets the reactive power demand of inductive loads, reducing line losses, enhancing power supply efficiency, and saving electricity costs.
 
Normal Service Condition
Temperature range: -5°C to +40°C, with the average temperature not exceeding +35°C
Altitude: below 2000m (high-altitude products can be customized)
Humidity: not exceeding 90% (at 20°C), and not exceeding 50% at the highest temperature of +40°C.
The inclination of the equipment during installation with respect to the vertical plane should not exceed 5 degrees; the equipment should be installed in places without severe vibrations and impacts, and where electrical components will not be subject to corrosion.
In cases where the user has special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer for a solution.
